No shoes in the studio – please leave shoes at the bottom of the stairs.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Please do not bring a cell phone or pager into the studio.
Practice on an empty stomach. It is recommended that you do not eat a heavy meal at least two hours before practice. If you must eat something, eat a light snack an hour before class.
No food or beverages in the studio, other than bottled water.
Arrive a few minutes early. Entering class late is disruptive.
Mention any pre-existing injury or special condition at the beginning of class so that the trained instructors can help guide you.
Please never enter or leave the room when the class is in meditation or final relaxation.
Sign in procedure: You may drop-in to any class on the schedule except for sign-up classes (if you would like to drop-in to a sign-up class, please call ahead for availability and pricing.)

Please check the Web site or call Breathe Joy prior to coming to class. Also, Breathe Joy news and class changes/updates will be sent via e-mail to all students on our mailing list.
